The Health Technology Solutions Division of Insignia provides a broad range of services including agile software and mobile development, requirements development, enterprise architecture, integration, database design and management, data visualization, and user experience of systems. From cutting edge mobile Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems deployed on aircraft in theater/combat zones, to Cloud strategies and Big Data solutions, our team has a strong history with deploying sound, secure and highly usable systems for healthcare across the federal government. Our clients include the U.S. Air Force Air Mobility Command (AMC), Defense Health Agency (DHA) Deployment and Readiness Systems (D&RS) Air Force, Military Health Systems (MHS) and U.S. Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA).

MANILA Division

In 2015, Insignia Federal acquired MANILA Consulting Group that now operates as a division of Insignia. MANILA was founded in 1999 and specializes in policy analysis, research and evaluation, survey instruments, assistive technology and accessibility services, performance management, and strategic communication and marketing for federal and commercial customers. MANILA has a long history of working with federal agencies including Health and Human Services, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, Department of Labor, Department of Transportation, U.S. Agency for International Development and Internal Revenue Service to name a few.
